14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund or report any issues with your order.
Damages and Issues (Refund Without Return)
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at red@jewelrybrite.com with clear photos or a video of the product.
- Important: For damaged or defective items, you do not need to return the physical product. Once we verify the issue, we will issue a full refund directly to your original payment method. We aim to make this process fast and hassle-free.
Standard Requests (Non-Damaged Items)
To be eligible for a refund for non-damaged items, the product must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a request, contact us at red@jewelrybrite.com.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be refunded, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (beauty products). We also do not accept refunds for sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or request a refund for your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
